We (the Lisacul Community Development Company) have been asked whether we could provide a Community Newsletter. We’ve checked the costs and, with help from the Community and some volunteers to put the Newsletter together, we think it might be possible BUT…before we go further, we’d like to get YOUR opinions on some questions.
